The first time he traveled with you, you gave me great deal of confidence and I was delighted with the way you handled the horse. But what impressed me most was that using your CCTV, you were able to see exactly what it was that he found difficult during the journey.
Using that information, when he traveled with you for the second time - a long journey, on his own (the first time I'd risked that in the 3 years since the original injury), he was completely comfortable. It was a complete revelation.
You'd seen that he liked to be braced in and had put the partitions tightly around him. In that configuration, he felt safe - and I feel so confident in both your handling and driving that I can't imagine using a different company now.
Plus it helps that your prices are VERY competitive! Thanks for all your help!
