Mark was excellent throughout the whole process from the first phone enquiry, answering all my questions with patience and knowledge. It was not a straightforward request as the pony he was collecting for me was virtually unhandled and had never travelled. Approximately 4 hours each way, Mark arrived at the time agreed with the pony cool and relaxed. He dealt with the whole arrangement in a professional and tactful manner, but most of all it was apparent he loves horses and their welfare, to him, is paramount. His great experience in handling and travelling horses is obvious. I would definitely use this company again.

I wanted to thank you for your help with my horse, Jet. Jet was injured when he panicked in a lorry driven by another transporter; loading and travelling had proved very stressful for both of us. We breed and sell foals, usually at weaning. Living in Cornwall often means a long journey for them to their new homes. Every time I travel my horses with you, everything runs smoothly and to the minute without a hitch. On one occasion they were so unbelievably efficient that by the time I was halfway to the yard to pick up my pony, Mark had already loaded him and was halfway to our next stop! Today our 30-year-old retired horse Jake was transported by Mark Cadman on a nearly 200-mile journey from Cheshire to our new home in Somerset. We were worried it would be a real challenge for Jake because he has not been in work for some years. Jake did indeed find it a struggle, but he was given the most excellent care by Mark, who monitored him very closely, stopped much more often than originally planned, and gave him lots of fluids and glucose during the stops to maintain his strength. In all, the journey took nine hours because of Mark's insistence on taking the utmost care of Jake. We were very impressed by this professionalism and delighted to receive such an excellent service.

I never got round to saying thank you properly for rescuing us from Warwickshire service station and bringing Roo back to the yard in East Sussex. I want to send my huge thanks — at a very stressful time, stuck in a service station with a four-year-old that I had only just bought and didn't know at all. The service you gave was outstanding. The journey back from the distressing situation I was in was superb. Top class!
