Horse Transport Your Way

Our specialised Dedicated Load service is totally bespoke. It fits around our customers at very reasonable rates. The Dedicated service is perfect for customers with preferred travel dates and time. In addition this can be organised within a couple of hours at our customers' request.

Because our dedicated horse transport service means the transport is provided for your horses only. We collect your horse on the date and time arranged and agreed by you, then deliver direct to your end destination. The journey is direct, the route chosen is for the comfort of the horses on board. You will be informed of the intended route (which may be subject to bridge heights, road restrictions or traffic conditions) and, for extra comfort, we will always use motorways or dual carriageways where available. We will update you during the journey to keep you well informed of the road conditions and any expected delays. Also, you may contact us any time during the journey.

Every dedicated journey is planned around your horse's welfare — with hands-on checks at each stop and clear updates from collection through to arrival.

Rest Breaks

Due to regulations of drivers' hours the journey will include rest breaks; as a result this also gives us a chance to physically check the horses, additional to the CCTV monitors. The horses are checked and offered feed and water at every stop, or as required. As the journey comes to a close or conditions change, we will update you with the estimated time of arrival (ETA), usually within 2 hours of arrival. Consequently, if an overnight stop is necessary this will be agreed with you prior to booking.

Saddlery & Horse Tack

We are happy to take your horse's tack and saddlery — just let us know. This will be limited to the space available; please make sure loose items are bagged and sealed. If you require additional space, this can be made available. Loading and unloading of horse equipment may incur additional charges or waiting time, please ask prior to booking.
